Aurangabad Cantonment Board has recently started new Cantonment English medium school. The school building was inaugurated by Brig. Surender Pavamani, President Cantonment Board in presence of Shri Vidyadhar Vasudeo Pawar, Chief Executive Officer, Shri Shaikh Hanif Shaikh Ibrahim, Vice President Cantonment Board, Board members and all staff of Cantonment Board on 15th August 2012. School building is comprised of two classes (Nursery & LKG) and one staff room. Two teachers have been appointed on contract basis. School is getting good response from the residents of Cantonment. 70 children have been admitted to the school. Cantonment Board has proposed to construct school building to accommodate classes upto 10th.
